How are you different from other
watch clubs?
Unlike the other clubs who "claim" to carry brand name
watches, we actually do carry authentic brand name watches that
you've actually heard of and that have been around for years!
Brands such as Casio, Seiko, Timex and more added monthly!
The problem with other "watch clubs" is that the
"name brand" watches that they carry are in fact "boutique
brands", meaning that they're new and or you've most likely
never heard of them. They also inflate the "value" of their
"name brand" watches claiming to be worth $100's to $1,000's of
dollars when in fact the manufacturer simply sets the high cost.
EXAMPLE - You can list the value of a 1982 Hatchback at
$100,000.00 but that doesn't mean that it's worth $100K and it
certainly doesn't mean that it would sell for $100K.
Are these watches brand new?
Yes they are!
When are orders shipped out?
We ship orders out between the 15th and
25th each month. Our cut off date to is the 9th. If your order
comes in after the 9th your watch will be shipped the following
month.
Are these quality watches?
Absolutely. We hand pick each watch and carry brands that you've
heard of like Casio, Timex, Seiko, G-Shock and more!
Are your watches authentic?
Yes! We have relationships with the manufacturer of each watch
that we carry. Ensuring authenticity with each order!
Who is this club for?
People who like to look good! Style fanatics and generally anyone who digs sweet
watches!
Can I choose my watch?
Negative, ghost rider. We randomly select
watches before shipping. This
process helps us to keep the low price point.
I'm 17. Can I order?
Sorry there partner, but you have to wait
until your at least 18 to join our Watch Club.
Can I send watches as a gifts?
You-bet-cha. Simply put the intended's
shipping address down as the address of delivery.
Do you accept returns or
exchanges?
Unfortunately due to our low price, club
model, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.
What kind of warranty do your watches come with?
Each watch comes with official manufacturer warranty.
When does my subscription plan
renew?
For customer convenience all plans are
set to auto-renew on the 1st of each month until you cancel.
How do I cancel my account?
We hate to see you go, after all you mean
so very much to us. To cancel simply email our team at
watch@monthlywatchbox.com and we cancel or adjust your
